All Points Broadband announced today that it has acquired BlueZoom, Inc., a wireless Internet service provider serving customers throughout central Kentucky.
Current BlueZoom customers will receive additional information regarding this transition over the next two weeks and do not need to take any action at this time. There will be no disruption of service and current plans and pricing are not changing.

All Points Broadband announced today that it has acquired Shelby Broadband, a wireless and fiber-optic Internet service provider serving customers in 15 counties throughout central Kentucky. All Points will maintain a regional office in Simpsonville, Kentucky, and plans to complete a comprehensive upgrade to the Shelby Broadband fixed wireless network over the coming months. Current customers will have access to more data, more speed and more reliable service.
All Points is working to ensure that the transition is as seamless as possible for customers and we appreciate your patience during this process. Next week, customers will receive an email from All Points’ support team with instructions for accessing the customer portal and managing their accounts. Residential customers will receive this email no later than next Friday, August 17th.
In the meantime, customers do not need to take any action and there will not be any changes to current service plans, monthly pricing, outstanding balance or payment method as of July 30. After the transition is complete, customers will have access to All Points’ 24/7 customer support team.
