I just made a payment, but I am still seeing the message that says, “your account is on administrative hold”. What should I do?

Sometimes the Internet Explorer web browser can get stuck on the captive webpage. To restore web access, please perform the following steps to clear Internet Explorer’s cache:

Once Internet Explorer is open, use one of the following methods to access the Delete Browsing History window.
Press Ctrl+Shift+Delete or
Click the gear icon at the top right to open the Settings menu or
Click the Tools menu and then click the Delete Browsing History
Select Temporary Internet Files, and UNCHECK all of the other boxes, especially Preserve Favorites Website Data.
Click the Delete button.
Your computer will work for a moment, and then the process will be complete.
Open a New tab by pressing ctrl+t or by clicking the new tab button.
